  My wife and I feel very at home in the Waterfall house having stayed there twice now. We plan to return next year and I wanted to thank Viva for there ever attention to detail during our stay. The house is excelent, and the location very private, which is important to us. We enjoyed the addition of the fan on the pool deck. Our thanks to the owner for a lovely dinner our last night there. We are planning a longer stay in 2011.

  We loved Waterfall and wish our stay could have been longer. The house, furnishings, pool, views and landscaping were beautiful. We hope to return next year.

  Waterfall Villa was great!

  We had a wonderful time at the Waterfall Villa. The property was beautiful, quiet and offered breathtaking views. We enjoyed the vanishing edge pool, spa and the fully equipped kitchen. Grocery stores are a short drive away and we were able to buy everything we needed to make our own meals. We also had an excellent dinner at the restaurant Prime, located in the nearby Westin resort.
  
  The villa is professionally managed by Viva Villas on St. John. They took care of all the details, met us at the ferry dock, assisted with the rental car, and then guided us up the winding roads to the villa. Patrick did an amazing job assisting us with any issues while we were at the villa. One phone call and he was there within minutes to help.
  
  We highly recommend this property.
